Hacer Past Tense

Click Here to learn how to conjugate irregular Spanish verbs quickly and with ease

The past tense of hacer consists of two main tenses. The imperfect and the Preterite. The imperfect is quite regular in its formation, following the regular conjugation of other regular -er verbs. The preterite on the other hand is the hacer past tense that will cause you the most problems. For the conjugation of each of these tenses you need to follow the respective links below which will take you to previous posts dealing with each of hacer past tense conjugations.

However, before checking these links out you should consider reading this verb training software review. This is not intended as a promotion but rather as some good solid advice from one student of Spanish to another. This software program has been invaluable to me, and still is, and has certainly helped me to master Spanish verbs much more quickly, specifically irregular conjugations, which, I’m sure you are aware, can be extremely difficult to master.
